Europe. The vehicle administrated by GED Real Estate was launched
in 2006 and targets opportunistic and value added deals mainly
Romania and Bulgaria mainly. The investment team is located
in Romania and is a combination of professionals with high
experience in real estate development and private equity buy
out deals.
