The funds managed by GED target SME´s in the Iberian Peninsula and South-Eastern Europe. The size of each transaction ranges from €3M to €25M, depending on the investment vehicle. GED remains as shareholder in the investee companies for a 3 to 5 year term. GED invests principally in buyouts and secondly in expansion transactions.
