The portal at http://www.gedprivateequity.com/ is the property of GED IBERIAN PRIVATE EQUITY, S.A.U., SGECR (hereinafter GED), domiciled at Marqués de Riscal, 12, 4º iz., 28010 Madrid, Spain, registered in the Madrid Company Register in tome 14885, folio 1, section 8, sheet number M-247648, entry 1 with CIF (Tax Registration Code) A82534645, which establishes the following general conditions of use.

| 1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCES |

2In order to access the Portal, USERS must have access to the Internet, pay the necessary rates for access and connection and have the necessary equipment and computer systems to establish connection to the Internet, including an appropriate terminal (computer, telephone, etc.) and a modem or other similar device for access.
Access or attempted access to the private area of the Portal without prior authorization from the webmaster shall be strictly prohibited. |

| 2. OBLIGATION FOR PROPER USE OF THE PORTAL, SERVICES AND CONTENT |

a) USERS
USERS undertake to use the Portal, Services, Contents and these General Conditions in accordance with the law, morals, good practice and public order.
The Portal, Services and Contents shall be used with diligence, correctly and legally and, in particular, the following shall not be allowed:
- Reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access via any means of public communication, transforming or modifying the Content, unless duly authorized by the holder of the appropriate rights or unless this is legally allowed;
- Eliminating, evading or manipulating the copyright and other data identifying the right-holders included in the Contents, or the technical protection devices or any information mechanisms included in the Contents.
- Using any personal information on the Portal, apart from the name, surnames, e-mail, telephone number and address. Such information may only be used by the USER for the purpose of contacting the company to find out about its services and request information, or for the purpose of participating in GED group selection processes. Any use or manipulation of the images offered on the Portal shall be strictly prohibited.
b) The Portal:
GED neither controls nor guarantees the absence of viruses or other elements in the Contents which may cause alterations to the USER’s computer system (software and hardware) or computer documents and files stored in it. |

| 3. REFUSAL AND WITHDRAWAL OF ACCESS TO THE PORTAL AND/OR SERVICES |

GED reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the Portal and/or the Services at any time and without prior notice to any USERS who fail to comply with these General Conditions. |

| 4. RESPONSIBILITIES |

a) GED shall not be held responsible, in addition to the responsibilities given in these general conditions for use of the portal, either directly or collaterally, for:
Service quality, speed of access, proper functioning or availability and continued functioning of the Portal.
Any information inserted by USERS, collaborators and third persons.
Any damage caused to USERS’ equipment by use of the portal.
The veracity, precision or updating of information on bids, products or services, prices or any other relevant data and information about products and services offered via the web site.
Non-compliance with the law, morals and generally-accepted good practice or public order as a result of the transmission, dissemination, storage, provision, reception, obtaining or access to the contents.
Infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights, of rights to honour, personal and family privacy and to a person’s image (photographs), property rights and rights of any other type belonging to a third party as the result of the transmission, dissemination, storage, provision, reception, obtaining or access to the contents .
Any links and hypertext allowing USERS, via http://www.gedprivateequity.com/, to access services offered by third parties, do not belong and are not under the control of GED, which shall not be held responsible for either the information in them or for any effects resulting from such information.
Any defects of any kind in contents transmitted, disseminated, stored and provided.
b) USERS’ responsibilities:
Users undertake to not carry out any type of action that is illegal, damages rights, or is damaging in any other way. |

| 5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY |

The whole of this website: text, images, brands, graphics, logotypes, buttons, software files, colour combinations and the structure, selection, organisation and presentation of its contents, is protected by the laws on Intellectual and Industrial Property, and may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed, except for personal, private use.
Also, the re-transmission, copying, assignment, broadcasting, either total or partial, of the information given in these pages, whatever the purpose and medium used, shall be prohibited.
By accepting these conditions, USERS who insert information or comments in the Portal accept that they are assigning to GED the non-exclusive right, free from copyright, in perpetuity, irrevocably and completely transferrable to third parties, to use, reproduce, alter, adapt, publish, translate, create derivatives, distribute and exhibit such information and comments in the whole world and using any medium. USERS also grant GED the right to use the name accompanying such information or comments, if any, in relation to the information or comment. |

GED reserves the right to use cookies in any type of use of the Portal. However, USERS are informed that they may reject cookies in their computer terminal.

| 7. MINORS |

Minors shall be prohibited from accessing the portal unless they have express consent from their parents. GED shall not be held responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data given by USERS so cannot check their age.
GED reminds adult USERS who are responsible for minors that it is their sole responsibility to determine which services and/or content are appropriate or not for such minors.
GED informs them that there are computer programs for filtering and blocking access to certain contents and services, enabling parents, for example, to decide which contents and services on the Portal their children may access or not. |

| 8. LEGISLATION |

The above conditions are a translation into English of the original text in the Spanish language and are subject to current Spanish legislation. In case of dispute
regarding use of the services or the contents of the Portal, the parties shall be subject to the Courts of the City of Madrid (Spain). |
